School Assemblies

Southwest Wildlife can bring wildlife programs to your school!

Assembly Programs are designed to complement Arizona state science curriculum standards.  Customized Assembly Programs are available and may include slide shows or workshops.  Programs are approximately one hour in length.

Customized Assembly Programs, variable

School Assemblies Programs are based upon Arizona state curriculum standards and are offered to grades Pre-K - 12.  Assembly topics may include:
        *Creepy Critters of the Desert (Pre-K - 12) 
        *Wildlife in your back yard (Pre-K - 12)
        *Reptiles of Arizona (Pre-K - 12)
        *Desert Adaptations (Pre-K - 12)
        Arizona Birds of Prey (K-12)
        Predator or Prey? (K-12)
        Arizona’s Endangered Species (K-12)
        Saving Arizona’s Wildlife (grades 4 and up)
        Return of the Mexican Gray Wolf to Arizona (7-12)
        Arizona’s lost cats: Jaguars, Jacarundi, and Ocelot (7-12)

         *These programs may be modified specifically for Pre-K through grade 2 students.
