Education Volunteers

O
ne of the most important goals of Southwest Wildlife is to educate both children and the general public about wildlife.  Education programs are presented both on- and off-site to groups of all ages.

We are in need of individuals with classroom or informal teaching experience, knowledge of wildlife, or a desire to learn and teach about wildlife to assist with the following:

Program Development

Guiding Nature Center Tours

Community (off-site) Programs

Nature Center (on-site) Programs

Pre-school Programs

Girl Scout and Boy Scout Programs

Day Camps

Home School Classes

Teacher Workshops

Please contact the Education Department if you can volunteer.

We also need volunteers with wheels to help with Special Skills
